Minutes of AGM held on 25st March 2014
The minutes of the previous AGM held on 25th March 2014 were distributed, and accepted as an accurate record.

14th Annual Report for AGM
Charlie presented the 14th Annual Report to the AGM. The report was accepted as an accurate record of the events and happenings of 2014.
The Committee would be delighted to have ideas for activities. Members of the Community will be approached for their ideas of suitable events which would appeal.
Ideas were suggested for fund raising for the charity for 2015, which has yet to be decided. Suggestions for an appropriate charity which fits our criteria, small, local and preferably not state funded, will be welcomed.

Treasurerís Report
Isobel produced the audited spreadsheet reports for the previous financial year.
The balance of the Maxton 21 account at the end of 2014 was £10.765.32, which includes the sum for the charity for 2014, which was handed over in January.
Jimmy proposed the accounts for 2014 be accepted. This was seconded by Charlie.
A suitable gift has been given to our auditor for her time and effort on our behalf.
(Copies of the accounts for 2014 are available from the Treasurer.)

Election of Office Bearers for 2015
The following members were elected as Office Bearers for the coming year;

Vice Chair Tom Veitch Proposed by Priscilla Seconded by Jimmy
Secretary Charlie Denoon Proposed by Jimmy Seconded by Tom
Treasurer Isobel Veitch Proposed by Kim Seconded by Priscilla

Priscilla thanked the Office Bearers for their work during the past year.
Jimmy and Charlie both informed the meeting that they would be retiring as Office Bearers at the next AGM.

Neighbourhood Watch
The present members of the Neighbourhood Watch team have expressed a willingness to continue. Their work includes the overseeing of the new No Cold Calling Zone, as required.
The Area Co-ordinator is Charlie Denoon
The Co-ordinators are Tony and Helen Herring
The Secretary is Elvira Denoon.
