I would be very interested in any customer feedback you have received about the council's new contact number 0300 100 1800 and customer service approach.
We are currently seeking to improve the service and feedback would be helpful.
In particular any information you could provide me in relation to the following questions would be helpful:
1. Have you received any complaints from people when they are trying to contact the council via the new number?
2. If you have received complaints, roughly how many?
3. What are the complaints about and what concerns are constituents or members of the public raising with you?
4. Is there any information that you could provide me with that you think would help improve this new service?
All information would be welcome, preferably within the next week.
