Presentation to Maxton Charity for 2007 - BAAGS

Derek Purvis, Chairman of Borders Asperger and Autism Group, was today presented with a cheque for £371.05 by the Chair of Maxton 21, Paul Dean.

The monies were raised by Maxton 21 at various fund raising events, raffles and the Maxton Village Carol Singing.

Each year, Maxton 21 is pleased to support a charity which is locally based and to which we can all relate. A decision on the Maxton 21 Charity for 2008 will be made in the New Year.

Thanks to all who supported the events at which the money was raised.
