Maxton Met Julian Goodacre

Last night Maxton Meets met Julian Goodacre, bagpipe and smallpipe maker from Peebles.

Julian has been researching, developing and making pipes for over 20 years. He gave a wonderful talk on the history and making of pipes and demonstrated a wide range of pipes from all over the country.

For his finale, Julian was joined by Elspeth Smellie on harp for a duet.

Maxton 21 would like to thank Julian for his time and effort in putting together a very enjoyable talk and demonstration.
