Treasurers’ Report:
As of the 23rd April 2007, the accounts stand as follows:
Maxton 21 Village Hall account - £14,078.70
Savings Account - £1,138.81

A note of thanks has been passed to Jimmy from Mrs Campbell for her book token which was given by Maxton 21 as a thank you for completing an audit of the annual accounts

Coffee Morning and Plant Sales – Saturday 26th May.

Set up hall on Friday 25th May, 7p.m

Paul & Ron will help Vera down with her plants on the morning of Saturday 26th – 09:30

Hall report:
The inside work on the toilets is nearly finished. An estimate for cleaning the hall and curtains was obtained and will cost £70.00. This was approved. The builder will be presenting an invoice for the work completed so far. The outside stage of the building work will commence soon. We have been advised to leave the painting of the toilets for a few months until the walls completely dry out.

A meeting to draw up a list of this season’s talks has taken place. Once bookings are confirmed a report will be made.
