Lothian and Borders Police have issued a warning about bogus workmen in the area. Two men, working together, were seen in Earlston on Saturday 29th March at 8am, and again in Jedburgh about 9.30am. Maxton Met Julian Goodacre Last night Maxton Meets met Julian Goodacre, bagpipe and smallpipe maker from Peebles. Julian has been researching, developing and making pipes for over 20 years.
