comments: I was the Cox'n (CPO CD1)of HMS Maxton, from Nov: 1967 to April 1970, in the Far East. When I joined her I placed a framed copy of "The Indispensible Man" on my cabin door & forgot to remove it when I came home.
I would dearly like to know what became of this & wondered if any of the old "Maxtonians" who may visit your website, are in a position to help. I have to say that this is not an attempt to recover this item; just for information.
