Meeting tonight: Thursday – 25th September 2008 at 7.00 pm in Maxton Village Hall for the Annual General Meeting

Meetings are open to all members of the two communities, agenda items are also welcomed from the public for discussion/action. All agenda items should be notified to the secretary 8 days prior to the meeting for inclusion on the AGENDA.
This is to enable the agenda to be on public display 7 days prior to a meeting.
